Tehran’s “Dead Men Walking”
the Brains Behind the Bomb

According to The Telegraph, Israel’s 12-day war took out the human core of Iran’s nuclear ambitions. The paper rolled out a sympathetic profile of the “poor victims”
Once again, Western media, from The Telegraph to The Guardian, is running defense for the world’s most dangerous regime. They frame the architects of mass murder as victims because it’s easier to protect the narrative than admit whose side they’re on.
Well… let’s look at it from a different point of view, shall we?
Yes, Israel’s 12-day war took out about 30 of the Islamic Republic’s nuclear weapons specialists. The ones still breathing aren’t living at home, teaching classes, or walking the streets. They’ve been moved into guarded villas, hidden with their families, and cut off from the outside world.
Before the war, these so-called “professors” had dual lives.
In public, they were physics lecturers. In private, they were engineering the death of millions.
Now, they’re ghosts, stripped from universities, relocated to fortified compounds in Tehran and the north. The regime replaced them in classrooms with safe, regime-approved nobodies so the West won’t notice the absences.
And even their guards aren’t the same.
For years, a special IRGC unit shadowed these scientists everywhere they went. But after Israeli infiltration shattered that unit’s credibility, the regime tore up its own security script. Now, multiple agencies such as the IRGC’s newly formed Nuclear Protection Corps or counter-espionage groups like Oghab 2, tasked with rooting out foreign infiltration, share the job not because they’re more competent, but because no one trusts anyone else.
Iranian officials even admitted they asked each scientist a chilling question: “Do you still trust your bodyguards?” Some said no. Those guards vanished overnight, replaced with fresh muscle vetted for “loyalty.” In other words, the bomb-makers now live under the same fear as the rest of the regime’s puppets. Stay loyal and be taken out by Israel, or turn, and be killed by the regime. And in many cases, these internal purges claim more lives than the foreign hits ever do, as seen after the Iran–Iraq War in 1988, when the IRGC clean-outs quietly eliminated scores of their own officers on suspicion of disloyalty.
The Telegraph admits it has the names of more than 15 surviving nuclear specialists, all on Israel’s target list of roughly 100. Israeli officials have made the choice clear: walk away from the program or join your dead colleagues.
“Any scientist working on nuclear weapons will be killed or threatened with death.”
Dani Sitri-Novitch, Former Israeli Defense Intelligence Official (served 1980–2005)
Let’s be honest: these aren’t victims.
They are the brains behind building a weapon for the world’s largest state sponsor of terrorism. The same regime that openly calls for wiping Israel off the map and destroying America.
They’re the architects of warheads, neutron triggers, explosive systems, and missile integration for Shahab-3 ballistic platforms. They provide what empowers Hamas, Houthis, Hezbollah, and the IRGC. Together, these groups have been responsible for tens of thousands of civilian deaths across Israel, Yemen, Lebanon, Iraq, and Syria over the past two decades. Hezbollah alone killed over 1,100 people during the 2006 Lebanon War, most of them civilians. The blood of innocent people all over the world killed by these barbaric jihadists is on the hands of these “poor victims,” according to The Telegraph.
Some of these survivors are now being positioned inside SPND (the Defense Innovation and Research Organization), the black-budget branch of Iran’s nuclear weapons program. SPND, which has been under U.S. sanctions since 2014 and EU sanctions since 2011, was previously headed by Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, the father of Iran’s nuclear weapons program, who was assassinated in 2020 in an operation widely attributed to Israel. That’s why Israeli analysts call them “dead men walking”: they’re alive now, but they’re next.
And Israel knows precisely where to look. This isn’t about “civilian nuclear energy;” it’s about weaponizing uranium under Sharia. That’s why Israeli strikes have hit not just bunkers and silos, but universities like Shahid Beheshti and Imam Hossein in Tehran, both pipelines feeding the bomb program. Each is under international sanctions for direct ties to Iran’s nuclear weapons program. Shahid Beheshti University (sanctioned by the EU Council in 2012) and Imam Hossein University (sanctioned by the U.S. Treasury in 2010).
The truth is, Tehran is scrambling to keep its remaining bomb-makers alive long enough to finish the job.
The regime’s nuclear clock hasn’t stopped ticking. Every scientist still alive is a potential launch button for an atomic future under Sharia.
Now, the question is, will the West keep pretending they’re “professors” or finally treat them as what they are: regime weapons in human form?
History will remember whether we acted or looked away.
